Mesothelioma Cancer Mesothelioma is a form of cancer that is found in the linings of various organs. This includes the peritoneum, pleura and pericardium. In rare instances it can occur in the tunica vaginalis (testicular). Asbestos is the most significant risk factor for mesothelioma. It could also be caused by a genetic mutation or exposure
